ALEXANDRIA COMMISSION FOR THE ARTS

Lord Cultural Resources was engaged by the Alexandria City Council and the Alexandria Commission for the Arts to assist in the development of a new organizational structure, vision, and cultural plan to better meet the needs of the community. In preparation, Lord Cultural Resources facilitated nine community visioning sessions, interviewed 29 individuals representing local arts, business and government, researched alternative management structures and organizational models of cultural and arts organizations, and conducted market and comparables research.
