The City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County enjoys a lively cultural community in which the Arts & Science Council of Charlotte (ASC) plays a leading role. Lord Cultural Resources in association with Theater Projects was contracted to develop a Cultural Facilities Master Plan envisioned as a planning document that will guide cultural facilities planning in the area for the next 25 years.
