ELI AND EDYTHE BROAD ART MUSEUM

On June 1, 2007 Michigan State University announced that a new world-class art museum would be built on campus. The Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum, designed by world-renowned Zaha Hadid, will bring international attention to the museum, the University, the region and State of Michigan. Lord Cultural Resources was hired to work with the design team to refine the space program, review the design, comment on the museological standards for the building and prepare a comprehensive plan to set a definitive course for this institution and ensure implementation through detailed planning.
