Lord Cultural Resources was selected by EXPORAIL to conduct a review of the Museum's operations and collections for the institution's future financial sustainability and growth. We assessed the Museum's institutional structure, collection, exhibitions and programs, market context, and strategic and operations plan before completing a comprehensive report of recommendations for this largest railway museum in Canada.
