KNRMA CULTURAL AND INTERPRETATIVE CENTRE
Namibia, Africa, 2004

The King Nehale Resource Management Area (KNRMA) is a community-managed project neighboring the Etosha National Park in the Northern Regions of Namibia. The King Nehale Community Resource community has formed a conservancy, to manage wildlife, and cultural resources and at the same time derive income from tourism activities. The current potential of tourism in the north central regions was untapped and communities are looking at products that will represent their unique culture, livelihoods and history. Lord Cultural Resources, in association with Ochre Media, developed the Master Plan for the new King Nehale Resource Management Area Cultural and Interpretative Centre. Our role was to develop the facility and business plan.
