KLIPTOWN HERITAGE, EDUCATION AND TOURISM PROJECT

Lord Cultural Resources was invited to conduct a feasibility study to test and develop the ideas, routes, design issues of the framework document in relation to the Kliptown Renewal Project. Our team prepared a detailed business plan covering a five-year projection including marketing and operating plans, an economic impact assessment, an information and communications technology program, an empowerment program, a risk management assessment and a financial plan.
