LITTLE WHITE HOUSE MUSEUM
Warm Springs, Georgia, USA, 2003–04

In its continuing efforts to meet the mission of the museum and historic site, the Georgia Department of Natural Resources has redeveloped the Little White House site and museum with the goal of bringing Franklin Delano Roosevelt and his life at Warm Springs to a whole new generation of Americans. Lord Cultural Resources was contracted to provide interpretive planning, curatorial coordination, design, and project management services for the permanent exhibits at the new visitor center. The visitor center opened successfully in April 2004. The permanent exhibition is a testament to FDR's commitment to accessibility as every display includes Braille, audio and captioning for the equal enjoyment of all.
