NEW YORK WINE AND CULINARY CENTER
Canandaigua, New York, 2004–06

The New York Wine and Culinary Center is dedicated to the promotion of New York wines and culinary ingredients, showcasing agricultural products indigenous to New York State. Lord Cultural Resources was contracted to fulfill master planning services for the project leader, Constellation Brands, Inc. Lord – with Constellation Brands and the other project partners, Wegmans Food Markets, Rochester Institute of Technology, and the New York Wine and Grape Foundation – developed the master plan to maximize the new New York Wine and Culinary Center's community and tourism success, and sustainability. Lord continued with the development of the exhibits and retail plan for the Centre to open in 2006.
