NATIONAL MUSEUM OF IRELAND
Dublin, 1994
The National Museum of Ireland commissioned Lord Cultural Resources to provide a Strategic Plan for the Museum's planned expansion into the former Collins Barracks, as well as for the long-range development of the Museum as a whole. We worked closely with Board members and senior staff to develop a plan that ranged from a revised organisational chart to guidelines for the exhibits in the new building. The Collins Barracks branch of the National Museum has subsequently opened to great acclaim.
