OTTAWA ARTS COURT FOUNDATION

Ottawa Arts Court Foundation commissioned Lord Cultural Resources to conduct a Needs Assessment Study for the Foundation's decision to expand into a "Cultural Precinct" to include its 25 arts based organization tenants as well as the surrounding lands and heritage buildings. The Study was based on stakeholder consultation, architectural review, a feasibility study and best practice analysis. The Study will inform the development of a sustainable hub for creative and cultural mixed use.
