QATAR MUSEUM OF ISLAMIC ART

The Qatar Museum of Islamic Art is an outstanding building by I.M. Pei, and the visitor centre will be a user-friendly institution that will encourage people to visit the Museum and orient them to enjoying the park beside the Gulf. Led by BD Consult, Lord Cultural Resources was awarded a Concept and Space Planning study for the Visitor Centre. Our team was then further commissioned to plan the facilities for the entire Park, which is to include a Dome Theatre, Islamic gardens, an amphitheatre and other galleries and studios in addition to the Visitor Centre.
