QUEENS BOTANICAL GARDEN

Queens Botanical Garden engaged Lord Cultural Resources to assist in planning for the implementation of its Master Plan that will invigorate the Garden and further enrich its relationships with its diverse audiences. Through a thorough process of market research, community consultation and review of operations, Lord Cultural Resources recommended strategies, including phasing and changes to operations, for the smooth and efficient implementation of the first phase of the Master Plan.
