SHEIKH ZAYED NATIONAL MUSEUM
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, 2007–08
Lord Cultural Resources was engaged by Abu Dhabi Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC) to develop the Master Plan for the Sheikh Zayed National Museum that would celebrate the heritage of the United Arab Emirates as well as the extraordinary man who made it possible. The Museum will include a Presidential Library, Exhibition Centre and Falconry. Lord Cultural Resources conducted the architectural competition which resulted in the naming of London based architects Norman Foster + Partners. The Master Plan was the basis for an exhibition design competition.
