SORIGUÉ CONTEMPORARY ART CENTRE

The Foundation Sorigué holds an outstanding collection of contemporary art, which includes more than 400 works of art of international and national artists. The Foundation is planning a Contemporary Art Center to be placed in Lérida (Catalonia) in a new site ceded by the Town Hall. Lordcultura was commissioned by Sorigué Foundation to provide the Concept Plan for the Contemporary Art Centre. The process has included a consultation with the city's most relevant cultural and touristic institutions, as well as focus groups with young people who will be the target audience of the future institution. In addition, we refined the vision, and completed a Market Analysis and the Functional Program.
