TANK MUSEUM

Lord Cultural Resources was appointed by the staff and trustees of the Tank Museum at Bovington to prepare and develop a Stage 1 Heritage Lottery Fund Application for their Designated Collection. Our work involved ongoing advice on the content and structure of the application, review of business plans, and development of specific elements of the audience development plan, education policy and training plan. This application was successful in winning Heritage Lottery Fund approval of £8.25 million. Lord Cultural Resources was further commissioned by the Tank Museum to help them prepare a Stage 2 application to the Heritage Lottery Fund, including the commissioning of new visitor research, and further development of the audience development plan, marketing strategy and project executive summary.
