TATE BRITAIN / TATE MODERN
London, United Kingdom, 1993–96, 1999, 2003–05
Lord Cultural Resources first conducted a Visitor Audit for the Tate Gallery to analyze the visitor experience, encompassing interpretation, information services, signage, circulation and amenities. The study was part of the Tate's forward plan to establish two new Galleries: Tate Britain and Tate Modern. In 1999, Lord Cultural Resources carried out a Visitor Services Review for Tate Modern. In 2003, Lord Cultural Resources was commissioned to develop a Visitor Audit for both Tate Britain and Tate Modern. The goal of this visitor audit was to assist Tate staff to plan for its visitors for the next decade.
