ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
We assist both new and established organizations in adapting to new circumstances and opportunities by developing a strong and effective system for organizing all aspects of museum governance, recruitment and training, community engagement, policy formation, facilitation and processes for decision-making. We benefit clients in defining and aligning their missions, visions, and values as the basis for organizing their future programs.
Visioning
The facilitation process that leads to foundation statements (Vision, Mission and Mandate) on the impact the cultural project aspires to make in the world or in the community.
Institutional Plan
The examination, leading to recommendations, of an institution's internal organization and its external relations with its institutional context (government, educational institutions, other similar institutions, private sector, tourism, etc.)
Partnership / Community Engagement
The consultation and engagement process for community participation in cultural projects.
Board and Organizational Structure
The development of roles and responsibilities of the cultural institution trustees, staff and volunteers.
