Presenting Louvre Lens

A new branch of Musée du Louvre in Lens (Louvre Lens), Nord-Pas de Calais region, France, has been opened for five months and continues to be a great success. To date, Louvre Lens has received over 300,000 visitors and 4.5 rating on TripAdvisor.com.

Lordculture, comissioned by the Region Nord-Pas de Calais, worked with regional authorities and the Musée du Louvre to develop the concept, provide functional and interpretive planning, guide the architectural competition and project manage the exhibition design process for Louvre Lens. The Museum was designed by Sanaa in collaboration with Imrey Culbert and Catherine Mosbach. Adrien Gardère provided exhibit design.
