Happy Pride Month!

We wish everyone a happy, safe Pride! We want to highlight some cultural institutions that are making the world a better place through events and exhibitions that tell the stories of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.

Minneapolis Institute of Art 
Celebrate the exceptional historical and creative cultural contributions made by the 2SLGBTQIA+ community with art, stories, virtual events and more.

Toronto Public Library
Drag Queen Story Hour and Rainbow Storytime events are hosted year-round with inclusive books, stories and songs to foster acceptance and embrace diversity.  

Manitoba Museum
If These Walls Could Talk” is a new exhibition produced alongside the Rainbow Resource Centre that explores the 50 years of history of the 2SLGBTQ+ community in Winnipeg.

The Whitney 
Take in free parties, screenings, workshops and performances all month long, as part of the museum’s ongoing commitment to support LGBTQ+ artists and communities.

Take Pride Fort Lauderdale
History Fort Lauderdale presents a multimedia exhibit that chronicles the gay rights movement and the significant migration of LGBTQ community members to South Florida.
