The newly rebranded and reimagined Central Bank Museum reopened on January 15, after three years. It was formerly known as the Money Museum. The Central Bank has hired Lord Cultural Resources to provide exhibition development services, as well as collection analysis and development planning, functional programming, and assistance in the preparation of RFPs for the building work and exhibition fabrication and installation contracts. Our team served as project managers throughout fabrication and installation, all the way through to opening day.

More than 180 pieces of dog artwork and half a dozen interactive digital exhibits line two floors and three stories of New York City’s newest museum: The AKC Museum of the Dog. The museum will officially open February 8, 2019. The AKC engaged Lord Cultural Resources to plan the Museum. Our team worked closely with Gensler, the architects selected to design the new facility and develop the exhibitions.

We are so proud to be working for and with The Heidelberg Project, this is the world famous art project that memorializes and activates a Detroit neighborhood through 32 years of consistent leadership by renowned artist Terry Guyton. Joy Bailey-Bryant leads a visioning workshop. Here too is the iconic dotty house.

On October 4th 2018, the Tennessee State Museum celebrates the opening of their new state-of-the-art facility. Lord Cultural Resources developed the Master Plan that made the new Museum possible.

Planet MTL, an exhibition at The Biosphere, Environment Museum in Montreal Canada has been awarded the 2018 Best Exhibit or Show- Large Institution Cascade Award by the Canadian Association of Science Centres. This is the second win and third nomination for Planet MTL.

Delegates from human rights museums in 20 countries around the world will gather at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights (CMHR) in Winnipeg September 25 to 28 for a conference of the Federation of International Human Rights Museums (FIHRM) – the first time this annual event has been held in North America.
