Lord Global Internship Program
The Lord Cultural Resources Global Internship Program is designed to broaden the experience of those embarking on professional careers in the cultural resources sector.
Interns work closely with our professional consulting staff. In addition to assisting with general research, Interns will have the opportunity to participate fully in our current projects worldwide. An Internship promises to be an exciting and rewarding experience, providing you with the opportunity to meet and work with colleagues in the field, establish an international network, and learn and develop new skills.
Internships are structured to meet your professional career goals or the requirements of your program of study.
We are an equal opportunity workplace and we welcome cultural diversity in our workforce. For more information, please contact us at hr@lord.ca.

During my internship at Lord Cultural Resources, I was able to contribute as part of a team and offer my own ideas to enrich projects and work processes. Everyone at the organization was so friendly and inclusive and helped me to gain knowledge in my area of specialization.

I arrived at Lord Cultural Resources over 7 months ago hoping to learn how to translate my ideas about creating vibrant cultural spaces into action and what I got was a whole lot more! I learned about everything from concept development to market analysis and business planning (and even a little about facility planning as well).

The internship has been very rewarding for me - I have certainly learned a lot! Not only have I developed a knowledge of museum planning - but I have also learned about the consultancy field and developed my research and other consultancy skills.

During my period at Lord, I felt included in all elements of projects and was treated like a professional employee. I felt that my opinions were respected and valued and my input was incorporated into products for clients. Overall, it was a great experience and I felt I learned a great deal that can be carried into my professional career.

My internship experience this summer was wonderful and unforgettable. Lord Cultural Resources is really a growing organism providing its employees flexibility to develop their own ideas and encourage them to move forward.
