Our team was engaged by Museum London to develop a Digital Strategy for the organization. The Digital Strategy we developed supports the organization’s broader strategic objectives by integrating digital technology across departments; adapting program development and delivery to new ways of engaging with arts and heritage; preparing Museum London to leverage new funding opportunities to achieve its digital vision; and, building partnerships with other organizations in London and across the culture sector.
The Final Strategy is structured around three interdependent sets of objectives:
- Enable: meeting basic requirements that will allow the strategic incorporation of digital technology across Museum London’s operations and programs.
- Expand: building on practices that have already been successfully implemented at Museum London, and expanding the impact of these practices to other areas.
- Explore: investing in new technologies, adopting new approaches to using digital tools and building new relationships to share resources and develop projects.
