During this informal interview launching the all-new 3rd edition of The Manual of Museum Management for Museums in Dynamic Change, Gail will share her unique insights into the changing landscape of museums in our time and how museum management and leaders can manage them. 

Gail Lord is one of the world’s foremost museum planners. She is also a public speaker, and co-author of six museum planning manuals and several books. Gail co-founded Lord Cultural Resources in Canada with her late husband Barry Lord in 1981 with the aim to deliver specialised planning services to the museum and cultural sector.
